The story goes back to 2007. The founder of Mobilelize came home from work late one evening. He sat in front of his TV on his sofa, exhausted from a long day’s work as he did every night to unwind by watching a recorded segment of the evening news. An individual by the name of Steve Jobs (yup, that "Steve") was introducing a device that would eventually revolutionize the world as we know it. He introduced the iPhone at the Macworld convention, and Mr. Jobs went on to not only explain the features of this incredible device, but all of its benefits as well, including the ability for businesses to create Apps and show their websites on smartphones. 

 

Excited over the release of the first iPhone and its possibilities, it quickly became apparent to the founder of Mobilelize that browsing websites on a mobile device was not a great experience. Shortly thereafter the long journey to create a company that would build mobile sites for small businesses began, thus the name Mobilelize…
